دادهکاوی نمرههای آزمون متمرکز دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، شناسایی و کشف الگوها و روابط ناشناخته و شناسایی موارد خارج از الگوها، از حجم عظیم دادههای سامانه آموزشی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی بود. بدینمنظور نمرههای 19207 دانشجو/ درس در 8 درس، 6 استان و 120 مرکز آموزشی که به صورت متمرکز در سراسر کشور در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی98-1397 برگزار شده است، مطالعه و بررسی شد. تحلیلهای آماری و دادهکاوی با نرمافزار SPSS Modeler انجام گرفت. ابتدا آمارها محاسبه و رابطه ویژگیها و درسهای مختلف بررسی شد. سپس با خوشهبندی K-means، پنج خوشه حاصل شد. خوشه1، مربوط به دانشجویان ضعیف است، این دانشجویان نمره آزمون پایینی دارند. خوشه ۲، مربوط به دانشجویان ممتاز است که تعداد واحد بالا گرفتند و نمره آزمون بالایی دارند. خوشه ۴، مربوط به دانشجویان ممتازی است که تعداد واحد کمتری گرفتهاند، این دانشجویان حتی از دانشجویان خوشه ۲ نیز نمرههای آزمون بالاتری دارند. خوشه ۵، مربوط به تعداد واحد اخذ شده کم است که دانشجویان مشروط را دربردارد. دانشجویان این خوشه نسبت به دانشجویان ضعیف (خوشه ۱) نمره آزمون بهتری دارند. سپس رابطه متغیرهای مختلف بررسی شد. از بین متغیرها، بین نمره آزمون و معدل رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد. نتایج این پژوهش میتواند در پیشبرد هدفهای آموزشی دانشگاه مؤثر باشد.

ارائه چارچوب توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش در مراکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان
مهارت پژوهشی از مهارتها و توانمندیهای کلیدی معلمان قرن بیست ویکم است. دانشگاه فرهنگیان که نهاد کلیدی تربیت معلم در کشور هست، باید در تربیت معلم با قابلیتهای پژوهشی برنامه مشخصی داشته باشد. هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، ارائه چارچوب توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش در مراکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. این پژوهش از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از منظر روش از نوع پژوهش کیفی است. جامعه پژوهش، خبرگان کلیدی حوزه پژوهشگری با رویکرد توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش بود و از این جامعه با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد20 نفر نمونه انتخاب شد. روش گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته است. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش کدگذاری باز و محوری و به کمکنرمافزار MAXQDA انجام گرفت. مقبولیت یافتهها بر مبنای نظر خبرگان حاصل شد. نتایج پژوهش در چهار بعد عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل ساختاری- سازمانی، عوامل برنامه درسی و عوامل فردی ارائه شد. در بعد عوامل مدیریتی، 21 شاخص شناسایی شد که نقش توسعهای در فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان داشت. در بعد عوامل ساختاری، شاخصهای تأثیرگذار در توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش 25 مورد، شاخصهای مؤثر در حوزه برنامه درسی، 22 مورد و در نهایت در بعد عوامل فردی شاخصهای کلیدی توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان 28 مورد شناسایی شدند.

تجارب زیسته شرکتکنندگان از چالشهای شیوه نیمهمتمرکز آزمون دکتری
در چند سال اخیر، نحوه پذیرش دانشجویان دوره دکتری موضوع قابل بحث در جامعه دانشگاهی بوده و بهعنوان یک عامل اصلی در تضمین کیفیت دوره دکتری توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. در پژوهش حاضر، تجارب زیسته شرکتکنندگان در آزمون دوره دکتری از چالشهای شیوه آزمون نیمهمتمرکز دکتری واکاوی شده است. بدین منظور از روش تحقیق کیفی پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. همچنین با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند- ملاکمدار، 25 نفر از داوطلبان و دانشجویانی که تجربه شرکت در آزمون نیمهمتمرکز دکتری و مصاحبه تخصصی را داشتند بهعنوان مشارکتکننده انتخاب شدند. پس از انجام مصاحبهها، دادهها با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی مبتنی بر مدل گرانهایم (2004) تحلیل و تجارب آنها در 6 مضمون اصلی و بر اساس اهمیتشان دستهبندی شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبهها، نشان میدهد که مواردی همچون؛ کمتوجهی به مقوله عدالت در مصاحبه تخصصی، رویکرد متفاوت دانشگاهها در مصاحبه، تخصصی نبودن آزمون کتبی دوره دکتری، شرایط آزمون نیمهمتمرکز دوره دکتری، درک متفاوت داوطلبان از مجموعه سؤالهای عمومی آزمون کتبی، سیاستگذاری و اجرای نامناسب، چالشهایی برای سیاست فعلی پذیرش دانشجویان دوره دکتری به دنبال داشته و برگزاری آزمون نیمهمتمرکز دوره دکتری را با تنگناها و نقاط ضعفی مواجه ساخته است.

شناسایی و اولویتبندی سازههای بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی دانشگاههای دولتی با استفاده از رویکرد تلفیقی ویکور فازی و مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه لرستان)
یکی از مهمترین معیارهای برتری دانشگاهها در نظامهای ارزیابی و رتبهبندی، کیفیت آموزشهای ارائهشده بهوسیله آنان است. هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی سازههای بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و بررسی اولویت هر یک از معیارها بر کیفیت خدمات آموزشی دانشگاه لرستان است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش همه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه لرستان به تعداد 321 نفر بوده که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 175 نفر از آنان بهصورت تصادفی بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور گردآوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامه برای رتبهبندی و سطحبندی سازههای مؤثر بر کیفیت خدمات آموزشی استفاده شده است. در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به مطالعات انجام گرفته و ادبیات پژوهش، 30 عامل مؤثر بر بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی شناسایی شدند. عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با استفاده از تکنیک ویکور فازی، رتبهبندی و سپس مهمترین عوامل با استفاده از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) سطحبندی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که سازههای «وضعیت دانشجو (مکان، زمان، استعداد فردی)، تأمین منابع مالی دورههای آموزشی و استفاده از مدرسان باتجربه» از اساسیترین عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی هستند که باید در وهله اول بر آنها تأکید شود.

ارزیابی میزان فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن (مورد مطالعه: سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور)
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، ارزیابی میزان فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن بود. پژوهش از حیث هدف، از نوع کاربردی و از جنبه گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه مدیران و کارکنان سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور به تعداد 579 نفر بود که از بین آنها 231 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استانداردشده فرسودگی شغلی مسلاچ و عوامل مؤثر بر فرسودگی شغلی ساعتچی و هومن استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامهها توسط متخصصان تأیید شد و پایایی آن نیز بر اساس روش آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلاچ 922/0، برای پرسشنامه عوامل مؤثر بر فرسودگی شغلی 988/0 برآورد شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای پژوهش در قالب تحلیل توصیفی دادهها، آزمونt-test ، رگرسیون چندمتغیره، فریدمن برای آزمون پرسشهای اصلی و از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس یکراهه و t برای دو گروه مستقل جهت تحلیلهای تکمیلی انجام گرفت. یافتههای پژوهش، نشاندهنده آن است که ابعاد تحلیل عاطفی و مسخ شخصیت کارکنان سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور از نظر فراوانی و شدت در سطح کم/پایین و بعد عدم موفقیت فردی از نظر فراوانی و شدت در سطح زیاد/بالا قرار دارد. بهطور کلی، فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان از نظر فراوانی و شدت در سطح کم/پایین قرار دارد. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد عوامل مدیریت سنتی، غیرخلاق و کمتوجه نسبت به کارکنان، ناکفایتی در راهبری واحد سازمانی، اجبار برای کار با همکاران نامناسب، نارضایتی از شغل، نارضایتی از نظام حقوق و دستمزد، نارضایتی از محیط کار و آسیبزا بودن آن، نارضایتی نسبت به آموزش و بهسازی کارکنان بر فرسودگی شغلی مؤثر هستند.

بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی و ساختار عاملی ابزار رشد اوایل زندگی با مدل راش (مورد مطالعه: کودکان پیشدبستانی (4-6 ساله) مشهد)
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ویژگیهای روانسنجی و ساختار عاملی ابزار رشد اوایل زندگی در کودکان پیش دبستانی مشهد بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی مقطعی بود. نمونهای به حجم 456 کودک (226 دختر و 230 پسر) از کودکان پیشدبستانی (4 تا 6 ساله) در سال تحصیلی 97-98 به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب و مربیان این افراد به گویه های ابزار رشد اوایل زندگی پاسخ دادند. ابتدا با استفاده از نرم افزار R تحلیل عاملی تأییدی اجرا شد. مدل پنجعاملی اولیه با داده ها برازش کافی نداشت، بنابراین نمونه به دو زیرنمونه 228 نفری تقسیم شد. در زیرنمونه اول، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی اجرا شد و 2 گویه از ابزار کنار گذاشته شد. در زیرنمونه دوم، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی اجرا شد، مدل پنجعاملی حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با داده ها برازش داشت. پارامترهای گویه ها با استفاده از نظریه کلاسیک آزمون برآورد شد و تمامی خردهمقیاسها از اعتبار مناسب برخوردار بودند. سپس برازش گویه ها با مدل امتیاز پارهای (PCM) بررسی شد. پس از حذف گویه های نامناسب، اعتبار ابزار 97/0 و شاخص PSI 95/0 به دست آمد. بین میانگین دختران و پسران در تمامی خردهمقیاسها تفاوت وجود داشت. کارکرد افتراقی گویه ها نشان داد 26 گویه در بین گروه دختران و پسران از کارکرد افتراقی مناسب برخوردارند. درنهایت، ابزاری با 93 گویه با ویژگی های روانسجی مطلوب برای کودکان پیشدبستانی تهیه شد.
