ارزیابی نقش معنویت در محیط دانشگاه به عنوان عاملی اثربخش بر ارتقای سرمایۀ اجتماعی اعضای هیأت علمی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین نقش معنویت در محیط دانشگاه بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی در میان اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه ارومیه انجام شده است. با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، 142 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم به طور تصادفی برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه معنویت در محیط کار بر پایه مدل میلیمان و همکاران و سرمایۀ اجتماعی بر پایه مدل گوشال و نبیت استفاده شده است. داده‌های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری بر اساس فرضیه‌های پژوهش و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده گویای آن است که بین معنویت در محیط کار با عناصر سرمایۀ اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. مؤلفه‌های کار با معنا، احساس یکپارچگی و همسویی با ارزش‌های سازمان می‌توانند به طور مثبت و معناداری عناصر ساختاری، شناختی و رابطه‌ای را پیش‌بینی کنند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین تغییرات واریانس تبیین شده توسط ابعاد معنویت در محیط کار مربوط به عنصر شناختی می‌باشد. در نتیجه می‌توان بیان کرد که وجود معنویت در محیط کار باعث ارتقای سرمایۀ اجتماعی منابع انسانی می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to the clarification of the role of spirituality in academic context for the Urmia university staff members' social capital enhancement. In a correlational descriptive study, 142 staff members were chosen through stratified random selection procedure. The study data were collected using two spirituality in workplace questionnaires' of Milliman, et, al. and social capital questionnaire of Ghoshal & Nhabiet. The data was analyzed through Pearson correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive significant correlation between workplace spirituality and the social capital elements. Furthermore, the elements of meaningful work, sense of community, and the alignment with the organization values could strongly predict the structural cognitive and relational components. In addition, the obtained results revealed that the maximum variance loaded by the spirituality in workplace dimensions belonged to the cognitive element. It can be concluded that spirituality in workplace enhances the social capital of the human resources.
