بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر میزان روایی نتایج ارزشیابی دانشجو از استاد: پژوهشی آمیخته

چکیده

هدف از این مقاله شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر میزان روایی نتایج ارزشیابی دانشجو از استاد است. روش تحقیق آمیخته مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. شرکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی اساتید رشته علوم‌تربیتی و در بخش کمّی دانشجویان ورودی سال‌های تحصیلی 89 و 90 کارشناسی رشته‌های علوم‌تربیتی و روانشناسی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران بودند. در بخش کیفی از نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی و در بخش کمّی تعداد 273 دانشجو از دو گرایش مدیریت ‌آموزشی و مشاوره به روش تصادفی انتخاب گردید. از دو ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. همچنین برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی بهره‌گیری شد. داده‌های بخش کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا و فرآیند کدگذاری تحلیل و عامل‌های ویژگی‌های دانشجویان، اساتید و سامانه ارزشیابی شناسایی شدند. در حوزه استاد ایجاد انگیزه و شوق علمی در دانشجویان، در حوزه دانشجو میزان علاقه دانشجو نسبت به درس، رشته تحصیلی و امید به آینده و در حوزه سامانه ارزشیابی نبودن ملاک‌های دقیق در فرم ارزشیابی بیشترین اولویت را داشتند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the affecting factors on reliability of teachers’ evaluation by student. In this research mixed research method was used. Participants in qualitative part were teachers of educational sciences and in quantitative part were BM psychology and educational administration students in 2010-2011from governmental Tehran universities. Participants were selected in qualitative part via snowball sampling .In quantitative part, via random sampling 273 students were selected whose major was educational administration and counseling. In this research two measuring instruments, interview and researcher-made questionnaire, were applied. Also, in order to analyze data, exploratory factor analysis was used. Data of qualitative part was determined by content analysis method through coding process. About teachers, creating motivation and enthusiasm in students, about students, the extent of students’ interest in lessons, the field and hope to future and about evaluation system, the lack of precise criteria in evaluation form were the first priority.
