تحلیل روند بازنگری برنامه درسی در نظام آموزش عالی ایران

چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تحلیلی روند بازنگری برنامه­درسی در نظام دانشگاهی ایران است تا با بررسی پیشینه و تحلیل وضعیت موجود، بازنگری برنامه­درسی ترسیم شود تا زمینه­ای برای ارائه چهارچوبی جهت اصلاح و انسجام روند بازنگری برنامه­های درسی در راستای بهبود مستمر در عمل باشد.روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش روش کیفی با شیوه مطالعه اسنادی می‌باشد. پژوهشگر با جمع‌آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل اسناد و مدارکی که مربوط به موضوع پژوهش بوده سعی بر یافتن پاسخی قابل قبول برای مساله پژوهشی خود داشته است. ضمن توصیف وضعیت موجود بازنگری برنامه­های درسی و تحلیل تجربیات ملی، نمایی از آنها به تصویر کشیده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مذکور شامل اسناد و مدارک موجود و روند بازنگری در دانشگاه­های  دارای تجربه در این حوزه ( دانشگاه­های اصفهان، صنعتی امیرکبیر، شهیدبهشتی، فردوسی مشهد، علم و صنعت، الزهرا، خوارزمی، سمنان، گیلان، علوم­پایه و بهداشت، پزشکی اصفهان) بر اساس اسناد و مدارک مورد بررسی بوده است. در جهت جمع­آوری اطلاعات و داده­ها و پوشش تمامی دانشگاه­های دارای دانش و تجربه در این حوزه از داده‌ها و اطلاعات به دست آمده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و پایگاه­های اینترنتی رسمی و معتبر استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش با بررسی روند تغییرات و تحولات برنامه­درسی با نظر به بازنگری و بررسی ساختار و فرایند بازنگری در دانشگاه های دارای تجربه، مولفه­های بازنگری در چهار بخش معیارها و شاخص­ها ، اهداف، سطح و ترکیب و فرایند بازنگری استخراج و مورد بررسی ، تفسیر و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتیجه‌گیری: عدم نظام جامع تضمین کیفیت در آموزش عالی ، اهمیت تدوین برنامه­های درسی با توجه به بازنگری دوره­ها و رشته­های آموزشی ، نیاز به بازنگری آیین­نامه واگذاری اختیارت بر اساس شرایط موجود، از نتایج بدست آمده در پژوهش می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum review process in the Iranian university system. By reviewing background and analyzing current situation, the current situation of the curriculum review is drawn. To provide a framework for reforming and coherence of the curriculum review process in order to continuously improve practice.Methods: The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with the method of documentary study. The researcher has tried to find an acceptable answer to his research problem by collecting and analyzing documents related to the research topic. While describing the current situation of curriculum review and analysis of national experiences, a view of them is depicted. The statistical population of the study includes existing documents and review process in universities with experience in this field (Isfahan, Amirkabir University of Technology, Shahid Beheshti University, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Science and Technology, Al-Zahra, Kharazmi, Semnan, Gilan, Basic Sciences and Health, Isfahan Medical) has been based on the studied documents. In order to collect information and data, cover all universities with knowledge, and experience in this field, data and information obtained from official and reputable library resources and Internet sites have been used.Results: In this study, by reviewing the process of changes and developments of the curriculum with regard to reviewing and reviewing the structure and review process in experienced universities, review components in four sections of criteria and indicators, objectives, level and composition and review process are extracted and reviewed. , Interpreted and analyzed.Conclusion: poor quality of  higher education, the importance of editing curricula according to the review of courses and disciplines The need to review the regulations on the transfer of authority based on the existing conditions is one of the are results that have been obtained in the research
