چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و سطوح فرهنگ کیفیت در نظام آموزش عالی انجام شد.
روش پژوهش: این مطالعه از نوع مرور نظام‌مند بوده که در سال 1400 انجام شد. نمونه این تحقیق 22 پژوهش راه‌یافته به بررسی نهایی از میان 71 پژوهش کمّی، کیفی و آمیخته اولیه شناسایی‌شده در این زمینه بود که بر اساس روش فهرست‌وارسی موسوم به «برنامه مهارت‌های ارزیابی انتقادی CASP مورد ارزیابی کیفیت قرار گرفته و تایید شده‌بود. جستجو در پایگاه داده‌های بین‌المللی همچون اس.‌آی.دی، مگ‌ایران، سیویلیکا، پروکوئست، اریک، سیج، الزویر، گوگل‌اسکالر، تیلور و فرنسیس در  بازه زمانی سال‌های 2005 تا 2021 بود. 
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها به شناسایی‌ 137 نشانگر، 37 ملاک منتج گردید، ‌نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد فرهنگ کیفیت دانشگاهی برآیندی از روابط چندگانه و چندلایه مبتنی بر ابعاد فردی، سازمانی و فراسازمانی و سطوح شش‌گانه کارکنان، گروه‌های آموزشی، دانشکده‌ایی، دانشگاهی، فرادانشگاهی و فرهنگ عمومی است.
نتیجه‌گیری: از یافته‌های بدست‌آمده می‌توان در برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی و عملیاتی برای گسترش فرهنگ کیفیت در نظام آموزش عالی و سازمان‌های مربوط به آن در نظام‌های دانشگاهی در سطوح مختلف استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and levels of quality culture in higher education system.
Methods: This study is a systematic review that was conducted in 2021. The sample of this study was 22 studies that led to the final review among 71 quantitative, qualitative and initial mixed Method studies identified in this field, which were evaluated and approved according to the CASP method. Searching international databases such as SID, Megairan, Civilica, Proquest, ERIC, SAGE, Elsevier, Google Scholar, Taylor and Francis ran from 2005 to 2021.
Results: Data analysis resulted in the Identification of 147 Indicators, 37 criteria. The results of this study showed that the culture of academic quality is the result of multiple and multi-layered relationships based on individual, organizational and extra-organizational dimensions and six levels of staff It is a public culture
Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be used in operational planning to promote a culture of quality in the higher education system in relevant organizations and academic systems at various levels.
