بررسی و شناسایی مشکلات اعضاء هیئت علمی تازه استخدام شده در دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مشکلات اساتید تازه‌کار در این زمینه می‌باشد تا در نهایت با دستیابی به پاسخ‌های واقعی رهنمودی برای دست‌اندرکاران و برنامه‌ریزان دانشگاهی باشد. از لحاظ روش‌شناسی، در پژوهش حاضر از روش تحقیق پیمایشی- توصیفی استفاده شده است. بر اساس بررسی ادبیات پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌ای مقدماتی تنظیم و روایی آن از طریق نظرخواهی از پاره‌ای متخصصان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و اعتبار آن نیز با اجرای آزمایش ابزار و آزمون آلفا کرونباخ 67/81% محاسبه گردید. نتایج پژوهش، مشکلات هیئت علمی تازه استخدام شده را در شش زمینه آموزش، پژوهش، قوانین و مقررات اداری، ارتباطات، محیط کار و خدمات رفاهی / معیشتی طبقه‌بندی می‌کند.

The purpose of the present study is to explore and prioritize the   challenges of newly-employed faculty members so as to find real solutions to guide authorities and academic planners.  In terms of methodology, this research has been carried out using descriptive-survey method. A preliminary questionnaire was designed and its validity was verified through the verdict of a panel of experts. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was 81/67% for reliability. Results    suggest that the problems of newly-employed faculty members can be categorized in six groups of education, research, official regulations, workplace and life and facility services.
