سنتزپژوهی مؤلفه‌ها، ابزارها و روش‌های به کار رفته در ارزشیابی یادگیری الکترونیکی و ارائة الگویی جامع برای ارزشیابی آموزش الکترونیکی

چکیده

با گسترش رویکردهای نوین در تعلیم و تربیت و با وجود پیشرفت در حوزة یادگیری الکترونیکی، ارزشیابی در این حوزه به چالشی بزرگ تبدیل شده است. هدف از این پژوهش استخراج مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ها، ابزارها و روش‌ها برای ارزشیابی یادگیری الکترونیکی به‌منظور دست‌یابی به نقاط مشترک در این تحقیقات و ارائة چهارچوبی جامع از نحوة ارزشیابی سیستم‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی است. در این پژوهش از روش سنتز‌پژوهی استفاده شده است. که در آن محققان از میان جامعة آماری که شامل 78 تحقیق در حوزة ارزشیابی یادگیری الکترونیکی بود، تعداد 25 نمونه را به‌صورت هدف‌مند انتخاب نمودند و به استخراج ابزارها، مؤلفه‌ها و روش‌های ارزشیابی به‌کار برده شده در این تحقیقات پرداخته و با تحلیل این موارد چهارچوبی برای ارزشیابی یادگیری الکترونیکی ارائه‌ دادند.یافته‌های این پژوهش شامل مؤلفه‌ها، ابزارها و روش‌های به کار رفته در ارزشیابی یادگیری الکترونیکی در تحقیقات مختلف و ارائة چهارچوبی جامع در این باب است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های ارزشیابی شامل قابلیت استفاده، کیفیت محتوا و اطلاعات، دسترس‌پذیری، ارتباط، تعامل و رابط ‌کاربرها، مدیریت و قابلیت کنترل، سیستم فنی و خدمات و پشتیبانی و مهم‌ترین ابزارهای ارزشیابی شامل پرسشنامه، چک‌لیست و مصاحبه و مهم‌ترین روش‌های ارزشیابی شامل مطالعة موردی، زمینه‌یابی و تحلیل اسنادی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

With the development of new approaches in education and progress in e-learning, evaluation has became a considerable challenge in this area. The purpose of this study is extracting the most important components, tools and methods of evaluating e-learning in order to achieve common points in these studies and presenting a comprehensive framework for evaluation of e-learning systems. In this study, the researchers used research synthesis method in which researchers selected 25 samples by purposive sampling among statistical population including 78 researches about e-learning evaluation and extracted the evaluation tools, components and methods were used in these researches and presented a framework for e-learning evaluation by analysis of these cases. The findings of this research include components, tools and methods used in e-learning evaluation in various researches and presenting a comprehensive framework in this regard. The results of this study showed that the most important components are usability, content and information quality, accessibility, communication, interaction and interfaces, management and controllability, technical system and services and supporting, also the most important tools for evaluation are questionnaire, checklist and interview and finally the most important methods are case study, survey and documental analysis.
