شناسایی و اعتبار یابی شاخص‌های برابری شغلی در بین معلمان آموزش‌وپرورش(مطالعه ی موردی : معلمان منطقه2 شهر سنندج)

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف اعتبار یابی شاخص‌های سنجش ادراک نابرابری شغلی در بین معلمان تهیه‌شده است.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش بنیادی با رویکرد کمی است، برای اعتبار شناسایی‌شده کلیه­ی معلمان شاغل به تحصیلی در منطقه2شهر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 97-96 با جمعیت 2000 نفر به‌عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند. در ادامه با تحلیل محتوای مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهش و دیدگاه متخصصان، شاخص‌ها و نشانگرهای ادراک نابرابری شغلی معلمان پس از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی،  روایی سنجی و حذف گویه­ های ضعیف‌تر (CVR) شناسایی شدند. مشارکت­کنندگان در پژوهش به کمک جدول مورگان شامل 338 نفر از معلمان  با روش تصادفی ساده تعیین شده و به ابزار پژوهش پاسخ دادند. پایایی سوالات با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برای کل مولفه­ها مقدار 84/0 به­دست آمد. آزمون مقدار مقادیر داده­ها با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی انجام شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد شاخص‌های ادراک نابرابری شغلی در بین معلمان عبارت‌اند از وضعیت حقوق و مزایای شغلی با 8 گویه­، وضعیت ارتقاء شغلی با 9 گویه، محدودیت‌های جنسیتی-سنی-جسمی با 11 گویه­، و نهایتاً مسئولیت و نقش سازمانی با 13 گویه.نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج نشان می­دهد که جهت سنجش ادراک مبنی بر نابرابری شغلی می توان از مولفه­های تایید شده در این پژوهش بهره گرفت.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The current study was carried out to validate the indexes for measuring the perception of job inequality among teachers.Methods: The present study is a basic research with a quantitative approach. For the identified validity, all teachers working in education in District 2 of Sanandaj city in the academic year of 1996-97 with a population of 2000 people were selected as the statistical population. Then, by analyzing the content of the theoretical foundations and research background and the experts’ views, the indexes and indicators of teachers' perceptions of job inequality after exploratory factor analysis, validation and elimination of weaker items (CVR) were identified. Participants in the study were selected using a Morgan table consisting of 338 teachers using a simple random method and responded to the research tool. The reliability of the questions was 0.84 with Cronbach’s alpha test for all components. Data value test was performed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis Results: The results showed that the indexes of perception of job inequality among teachers are the status of salaries and job benefits with 8 items, job promotion status with 9 items, gender-age-physical limitations with 11 items, and finally organizational accountability and role with 13 items.Conclusion: These results show that the components approved in this study can be used to measure the perception of job inequality
