Educational Measurement and Evaluation Studies" quarterly is a scientific publication published by the National Organization for Measurement and Evaluation of the Education System of the country and is open access. The scientific journal "Educational Measurement and Evaluation Studies" respects the rules of ethics in publications and is subject to the rules of the Committee on Ethics in Publication  (COPE)  and follows the executive regulations of the law on preventing and dealing with fraud in scientific works.

The scientific publication "Educational Measurement and Evaluation Studies" cooperates with the Scientific Association of Educational Psychology of Iran; In line with the aims, vision and policies of the journal and with the aim of benefiting from scientific abilities and developing research collaborations, a memorandum of understanding was concluded between the scientific journal "Educational Measurement and Evaluation Studies" and the Scientific Association of Educational Psychology of Iran.

It is worth mentioning that no payment is received for the processing and evaluation of articles in the Quarterly Journal of Educational Measurement and Evaluation Studies and the acceptance and publication of articles in this publication is free.

The Quarterly Journal of Educational Measurement and Evaluation Studies uses the Simimnoor similarity detection system to prevent plagiarism. Respected authors should pay attention that they must receive the certificate of authenticity of the text directly from the Simimnoor similarity search system and send it to the quarterly when uploading the article file.
