تبیین جامعه شناختی عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور بندرعباس

چکیده

هدف: شکل گیری مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیتهای اجتماعی- فرهنگی دانشگاه تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی است. هدف این پژوهش تبیین جامعه شناختی عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور بندرعباس می باشد.
روش پژوهش: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور بندرعباس هستند که از آن نمونه ای به حجم 385 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب انتخاب شدند. این تحقیق با روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه انجام گرفت. پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها، داده ها به وسیله نرم افزار آماری spss22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. ابتدا جدول های مربوط به آزمون فرضیه ها با استفاده از آزمون T-test و رگرسیون محاسبه و سپس معادله پیش بینی مربوط به رابطه متغیرهای مستقل تأثیرگذار بر مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی دانشجویان محاسبه گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد متغیرهای جنسیت و خودپنداره با ابعاد سه گانه مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی رابطه معنادار دارند، در حالیکه میان متغیرهای وضعیت تأهل، وضعیت اشتغال و ابعاد سه گانه مشارکت رابطه معنادار مشاهده نشد. از بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی، متغیرهای بیگانگی اجتماعی و عام گرایی با ابعاد سه گانه مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی رابطه معنادار دارند. میان متغیرهای موقعیت کنترل و آینده گرایی با ابعاد سه گانه مشارکت به جز بعد میزان مشارکت رابطه معنادار مشاهده شد. میان اعتماد بین شخصی و ابعاد سه گانه مشارکت رابطه معنادار مشاهده شد. بین اعتماد نهادی و ابعاد سه گانه مشارکت به جز بعد فعالیت مشارکتی رابطه معنادار مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: انگیزه مشارکت در فعالیتهای اجتماعی- فرهنگی به ویژگیهای شخصیتی و تفاوتهای فردی برمی گردد. مدیران فوق برنامه در دانشگاه بر اساس علایق، نیازها و انگیزه های دانشجویان فرصت هایی فراهم سازند تا آنان بتوانند علاوه بر تحصیل از مزایا و فواید فعالیتهای اجتماعی- فرهنگی در دانشگاه نیز بهره مند شوند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The formation of students' participation in the socio-cultural activities of the university is influenced by several factors.The aim of this study is Sociological Explanation of the Factors Affecting the Socio-Cultural Participation of Students of Payame Noor University of BandarAbbas.
Methods: The statistical population of the study includes all students of payame noor university of BandarAbbas, from which a sample of 385 people was selected by appropriate stratified random sampling method.This research was conducted using a survey method using a questionnaire technique. After collecting the questionnaires, the data were analyzed by spss22 statistical software. First, the tables related to the hypothesis test were calculated using T-test and regression test  and then the prediction equation related to the relationship of independent variables affecting the socio-cultural participation of students was calculated.  
Results: The result showed Gender and self-concept variables have a significant relationship with the three dimensions of socio-cultural participation, while no significant relationship was observed between the variables of marital status, employment status and the three dimensions of participation. Among personality traits, the variables of social alienation and generalism have a significant relationship with the three dimensions of socio-cultural participation. A significant relationship was observed between the variables of control position and futurism with the three dimensions of participation, except for the dimension of participation scale. A significant relationship was observed between interpersonal trust and the three dimensions of participation. There was a significant relationship between institutional trust and the three dimensions of participation, except for the participatory activity dimension.
Conclusion: The motivation to participate in socio-cultural activities is related to personality traits and individual differences. Extracurricular managers in the university provide opportunities based on the interests, needs and motivations of students so that they can benefit from the advantages of socio-cultural activities in the university.
