چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد رهبری الکترونیک در سیستم آموزشی با تاکید بر شرایط بحرانی انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش کمی است. شرکت کنندگان بخش اول مدیران  آموزش و پرورش و اساتید دانشگاه که در این حوزه فعالیت داشتند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند  و اشباع نظری، 40 نفر انتخاب شدند در بخش دوم شرکت کنندگان کارشناسان ستاد آموزش و پرورش بودند که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و فرمول کوکران 101   انتخاب شدندابزار گرداوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شد در تحلیل داده ها از روش دلفی و روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد
یافته ‌ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد مؤلفه های آموزش، توانمند سازی در شرایط بحرانی، امنیت شغلی و روحی، عواملی داخلی موثر در اجرای راهبرداها، عوامل بیرونی، بهره وری آنلاین و مجازی و توانمند سازی منابع انسانی ابعاد رهبری الکترونیک در سیستم آموزش با تاکید بر شرایط بحرانی هستند همچنین مولفه آموزش بر شناسایی ابعاد رهبری الکترونیک در سیستم آموزشی ، ابعاد رهبری الکترونیک بر توانمند سازی در شرایط بحرانی، امنیت شغلی و روحی در شرایط بحرانی موثر است، عواملی داخلی موثر در اجرای راهبرداها بر شناسایی ابعاد رهبری الکترونیک در شرایط بحرانی و همچنین شناسایی ابعاد رهبری الکترونیک در سیستم آموزشی بر عوامل بیرونی در شرایط بحرانی، بهره وری آنلاین و مجازی و توانمند سازی منابع انسانی تاثیرگذار است
نتیجه ‌گیری: می توان نتیجه گرفت که  اداره آموزش و پرورش با توجه به فلسفه وجودی آن یکی از ارکان اساسی کشوراست. نیازبه زیرساخت هایی داردکه در جهت بهبود آموزش های لازم به کارکنان گام  بردارد و دربکارگیری خدمات الکترونیک دچار مشکل نشوند.

چکیده English

Objective: The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions of electronic leadership in the educational system with an emphasis on critical conditions.
Methods: The research method is quantitative. The participants of the first part were education managers and university professors who were active in this field, 40 people were selected by purposeful sampling and theoretical saturation. and Cochran's 101 formula were selected. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The Delphi method and the structural equation modeling method were used in the data analysis.
Results: The findings of the research showed that the components of training, empowerment in critical situations, occupational and mental security, effective internal factors in the implementation of strategies, external factors, online and virtual productivity, and human resources empowerment, dimensions of electronic leadership in the education system with emphasis on the conditions are critical, also the education component is effective on identifying the dimensions of electronic leadership in the educational system, the dimensions of electronic leadership are effective on empowerment in critical conditions, occupational and mental security in critical conditions, effective internal factors in the implementation of strategies on identifying the dimensions of electronic leadership in critical conditions and also Identifying the dimensions of electronic leadership in the educational system has an effect on external factors in critical situations, online and virtual productivity, and human resource empowerment.
Conclusion: He concluded that the education department is one of the basic pillars of the country according to its existential philosophy. It needs an infrastructure that will take steps to improve the necessary training for the employees so that they do not have problems in using electronic services.
