نقش میانجیگری ارزش ادراک‌شده خدمات در ارتباط بین خدمات دانشگاهی و عملکرد دانشجویان: (یک مطالعه آمیخته)

چکیده
هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش شناسایی خدمات ارائه‌شده دانشگاه به دانشجویان و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد آنان با تأکید بر نقش میانجی ارزش ادراک‌شده خدمات است.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته انجام شد. نمونه‏گیری در بخش کیفی با روش هدفمند و مصاحبه با 14 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاه‌ها انجام گرفت. اعتبار داده‏ها از طریق بازبینی مشارکت‏کنندگان و پژوهشگران خبره صورت گرفت. حجم نمونه در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سهمیه ایی و از طریق فرمول کوکران 384 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه ایلام برآورد شد. جمع‌آوری دادها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تدوین‌شده بر اساس یافته‌های بخش کیفی صورت گرفت. روایی پرسشنامه بر اساس نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 80% محاسبه گردید. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از کدگذاری سه‌گانه و در بخش کمی از آزمون سوبل استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‏های پژوهش نشان داد خدمات آموزشی، پژوهشی، اداری و رفاهی، از خدمات حائز اهمیت ارائه‌شده توسط دانشگاه است وجهت ارائه خدمات دانشگاه‌ها به مهارت‌های دانشی، ارتباطی و مدیریت زمان نیازمندند. عملکرد دانشجویان در قبال خدمات دریافت شده از سوی دانشگاه در قالب رضایت، وفاداری و رفتار شهروندی آکادمیک شناسایی شد. در ادامه نیز نتایج نشان‌داد که ارزش ادراک‌شده خدمات دانشگاهی بر رابطه میان خدمات ارائه‌شده دانشگاه و عملکرد دانشجویان نقش میانجی دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که دانشجویان از طریق درک ارزش و اهمیت خدماتی که در دانشگاه دریافت کرده‌اند نسبت به آن‌ها واکنش نشان می‌دهندکه به صورت عملکرد دانشجویان در قالب مشتری قابل بررسی است.

چکیده English

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to identify the services provided to students and its effect on student performance by emphasizing the mediating role of perceived value of services.
Methods: This research was conducted with a mixed methods approach and grounded theory method. Qualitative sampling was performed by purposive method and interviews with 14 experts of Ilam University. Data validation was performed by reviewing participants and the tutor. In the quantitative part, sampling was done by simple random method The designed questionnaire was distributed among 384 students of Ilam University And structural equation modeling methods were analyzed.
Results: The findings of this study showed that educational, research, administrative and welfare services are among the important services provided by the university. Students' performance in the form of university customers also includes codes of customer satisfaction, loyalty and citizenship behavior
Conclusion: The results further showed that perceived value mediates the relationship between university services and student performance.
