چکیده
هدف: روایتگری سازمانی به عنوان یکی از استراتژی‌های اثربخش یادگیری، نقش مهمی در تسهیل انتقال دانش، ارتقای مشارکت کارکنان و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی ایفا می‌کند. با این حال، فقدان ابزارهای معتبر و استاندارد برای سنجش روایتگری سازمانی در نظام آموزش عالی، پژوهش‌های این حوزه را با چالش مواجه ساخته است. بنابراین؛ پژوهش حاضر، با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه روایتگری سازمانی متناسب با محیط‌های آموزشی  انجام شد.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نوع ساخت ابزار بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه تخار در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۱ بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و فرمول کوکران، ۲۲۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی روایی ابزار از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که پرسشنامه طراحی شده دارای پنج مؤلفه (مدیریت تغییر، فرهنگ مشارکتی، رهبری، یادگیری سازمانی و آموزش و توسعه ) است که در مجموع 8۶/5۶ درصد از واریانس روایتگری سازمانی را تبیین می‌کنند. همچنین، پایایی کل پرسشنامه 83/0 به دست آمد که مطلوب ارزیابی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، پرسشنامه طراحی‌شده از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است و می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری معتبر در پژوهش‌های آتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Designing and Validation of the Organizational Storytelling Questionnaire in the Educational System

Objective: Organizational storytelling stands out as an efficacious learning strategy, playing a vital role in facilitating knowledge transfer, enhancing employee engagement, and boosting organizational performance. However, a notable gap exists: the absence of validated and standardized instruments to measure organizational storytelling within higher education. This deficiency has created methodological challenges for research in this area. Consequently, this study aimed to design and validate an organizational storytelling questionnaire specifically tailored for educational environments.
Methods: The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach, focusing on instrument development. Our target population included all staff at Takhar University during the 2022-2023 academic year. We used simple random sampling and Cochran's formula to select a sample of 220 participants. To assess the instrument's validity, we utilized both exploratory (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). For reliability, we calculated Cronbach's Alpha and composite reliability.
Results: The factor analysis results indicated that the designed questionnaire comprises five distinct components: change management, participatory culture, leadership, organizational learning, and training and development. These components collectively explain 56.86% of the variance in organizational storytelling. Additionally, the overall reliability of the questionnaire was found to be 0.83, which was considered favorable.
Conclusion: Ultimately, the findings confirm that our designed questionnaire possesses appropriate validity and reliability. This makes it a robust and credible tool for future research in the field.
