سنتزپژوهی مؤلفه‌های کارکردهای ارشادگری پژوهشی دانشجویان دکتری

چکیده

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین چارچوب کارکردهای ارشادگری پژوهشی دانشجویان دکتری و با روش کیفی فراترکیب یا سنتزپژوهی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل همه مطالعات مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش حاضر در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی خارجی در بازة زمانی سال‌های 2000 تا 2017 بود که از میان آنها پس از چند مرحله غربالگری با شاخص‌های بررسی عنوان، چکیده و محتوای پژوهش، 83 مطالعه انتخاب و بررسی شد. درنهایت 20 مطالعه به‌صورت هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. استخراج و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت که درنتیجه 128 مضمون پایه برای کارکردهای ارشادگری پژوهشی شناسایی و در قالب 22 مؤلفه فرعی، مقوله‌بندی و ارائه شد. درنهایت، مؤلفه‌های فرعی کارکردهای ارشادگری پژوهشی نیز در قالب پنج مؤلفه اصلی شامل 1- کارکرد رابطه‌ای؛ 2- کارکرد علمی ـ پژوهشی؛ 3- کارکرد روان‌شناختی؛ 4- کارکرد اجتماعی و 5- کارکرد حرفه‌ای، طبقه‌بندی شد.
